What type of meditations?
There are many different types, disciplines and styles of meditations that originated in different cultures all around the world. Having studied and dabbled in various types, I have come to believe that at the end of the day all of these types of meditations can be classified into 2 main categories. The first is the approach that takes you up and out of your body & the second takes you in and down, into yourself through your body. I believe both of these approaches are helpful and necessary if used at the right time for the right purpose.
